Our Centre in Paarl will give you access to the best WORK 4 A LIVING graduates – only individuals who successfully complete our rigorous twelve-day Job Readiness training and assessments are allowed to apply for the jobs you want us to fill.

Meet our W4AL Team
Ross and Linda joined CCP in early 2023 after retiring to the Western Cape in January 2023. He has always had a passion for ministry supporting disadvantaged communities. His role is to manage the administration and finances of this non profit company W4AL Supporting Communities NPC. He also runs the Business 101 course designed for those wishing to start their own businesses. Another love is music, so he also plays bass guitar in the church’s worship team.
Russel van Sitters - Facilitator and General Manager
Russel and his family are long-standing members of CPP, and local Klein Parys residents. He is responsible for student recruitment, presenting the Job Excellence course , facilitating the online courses in the Ecafe, sourcing vacancies from employers and managing the day-to-day activities of the centre.
